I'm a recognized expert in Professional Planning.  As a respected Licensed New Jersey Professional Planner and Member of the American Institute of Certified Planners for over 30 years, I initiate and implement results driven planning services for public and private sector clients in New Jersey, New York State and the region.

I founded Preferred Planning Group LLC to provide excellence in planning services.  Having represented municipal clients and developers throughout my career, I understand how to navigate the path to consensus.  My extensive multidisciplinary career allows me to swiftly assess client needs and offer solid solutions to program issues as they arise.  I have successfully advocated for, and opposed, developments based on my broad understanding of planning principles, land use procedures and zoning requirements.

• Qualified Expert Professional Planner in Tax Court and Superior Court, as well as before hundreds of Planning/Zoning Boards and Governing Bodies.

• Proven results in data visualization, 3D modeling, photorealistic simulation and project rendering.

• Court victories for clients in zoning disputes.

• Permit expediting with all local, county, state and federal entities, including US Fish and Wildlife Service and US Army Corps of Engineers.  

• NY SEQR expert in DEIS/FEIS, EAF, and obtaining Negative  Declarations.

• Extensive transportation planning background including traffic studies for site of the US Tennis Association's US Open Tournament, EZ Pass Toll Implementation at TBTA facilities, and revenue studies for NYS Thruway Authority.

• Master of Urban Planning Degree from New York University, BA from Rutgers University, Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation from Drew University, Wetland Delineator, as certified by Rutgers University.

• Certified as a NY & NJ DBE/WBE Specialist in Transportation Planning, Zoning, Land Use, Real Estate Market Research, Environmental Consulting & Urban Planning by six transportation agencies.
